it would be like a series of missiles dropped from the air and it dosent have to be a dew nade that you throw it could be anything mabee a raido transmiter that if shot is useless

or mabee the dew nade raido transmitter thinggy could call in a blimp that just shoots like 10 heatseekers or just rpgs (mabe there could be two vertions of this weapon one with heatseekers and one with rpgs)

anyw either the laser or the "dewnade transmitter thingy" would call in a blimp, the blimp would fly directly toward it from the top of the map, shoot some missiles, then dissapear.

Although... i think fluff has trouble getting items to disaapear from the map after they are created...

I wonder how useful and air-strike really is. In CS most maps have a lot of indoor areas. An air strike would only work on the outside parts. This could be a very large limitation.

yes but on most crazytank maps where almost the entire map is outside or on assault/and dust maps where theres alot of the map outside this would be very usefull (you would have to pick and choose what map to buy it on because it would only work outside)

Well the problem is the fighting occurs in the covered areas. Assault maps are a good example. The fighting is rarely outside. The T's are inside. The fight is the CT's trying to get inside.

On crazy tank maps the T's are not outside they are inside (in the caves).

I can only think of a few maps where this is not the case.

mabee the blimp would fly inside too or just you would have to be very particular about whitch maps you buy this on

that wouldn't be following fluffys sort of unspoken rule on special weapons: it has to be effective on every map in some way. this would be only effective on some maps, actually now that i think of it, the maps this would be best on you can't buy special weaps (fy maps)
