Vote_arena

on some maps, well a lot of maps, we arent alloud to do vote_arena. If you type it in this is what will come up and i quote: "Sorry that vote has been launched too many times. Try again next map." now this could be fixed but ive herd there are some poeple that dont want it to be fixed. If this is fixed then we could do vote_arena at anny mqap thus makeing the server more fun

That delay was put into the server to limit the number of times arena could be played. For people that play the server a lot it gets boaring to play arena on every map.

I will adjust the ratio of how often it can be played to allow it to accur a little more frequently, but not every map.

Arena is currently allowed on 10% of the maps played. I will increase it to 20% of the maps played. That should allow a little less than 1/4 of the maps to have arena.

Some maps are just bad without arena... so its sometimes a good thing to have.
