we need a faster hook

the hook that we use is a little slow and when w move throuht the air it is a little slow and we would like to move there more faster. myself (and a lot of other players) believe that the hook should be faster. im not suggesting that we should change anything else but the hooks speed. i think we should make it say...... 1.5x or 2x faster
