delay

can you take off that delay on switching weapons? i know it was implicated because of the awp/pistol quiickswitch ( that was fixed a long while back) but coming back to deadm makes it feels so laggy and slow

True dat, I am also used to switching my weapons after I shoot... using the 1 and 2 buttons is alot more work than just pressing 'q' twice

o arch i dont think you herd, the new C-D has lag issues  .

also my opinion ( like it really matters ) hehe, i like the weapon switch, more realistic cause who can put away a rifle and pull out a pistol in 0.02 seconds <-- yes just like fluff i like realistic gameplay (i used to play delta force)

I am not aware the server doing anything to slow weapon switches. Could be an env var set somewhere I forgot about (but I doubt it). The one exception is if you are using lastinv. If you use lastinv to go from weaponA->weaponB->weaponA a small delay is added to the last switch so it becomes weaponA->weaponB ->(delay)weaponA.

If you use lastinv to go from weaponA->weaponB there is no delay added (any delay you see is CS delay).

The added delay was as described above for the awp bug.
