enable scouts and awps on some maps

I was just playing fun_allinone and it just got me thinking once we played the awp/scout room. There should be some maps where scout and/or awp are enabled from the start. Some maps that I can think of are scoutzknivez and fun_allinone.

well that seems like a reasonable ideaa but ppl may want to knife and not scout/awp on some maps..but before u start talking enabling awp/scout on some maps..talk about restricting autosnipers first.

I think that some maps are made for awps and scouts and should be enabled at the start. If some1 wants to do knives only, then they could just start a vote.

I just uploaded a change that allows certain maps have their own default weapon mode. Currently the following maps have custom weapon modes:

fun_allinone - All weapons by default
starwars_trench - All weapon except awp by default
cs_duke2k - All weapon except awp by default
scoutzknivez - All weapon except awp by default

You can still vote to restrict weapons. You just no longer have to vote to allow weapons that may be present by default in certain maps.

It's not my favorite but i don't dread playing it.
