vote_sniper

Could we have a vote_sniper command that would allow only sniper type weapons such as awp, scout, autosnipers, and nades, pistols, and of course knife as the only weapons usuable with this weapon mode on. It would be good for the awp maps so people don't buy rifles and such.

Sounds good. I just added vote_sniper to the server. I have not tested it yet, so let me know how it works.
