Good idea to make a map extend 15min?

(1) "map name" (2) " map name" (3) "map name" (4)"map name" (5) "map name" (6)"noneofthese" (7) "extend map 15min" well.. i THINK adding extending the map is a good idea because if the player comes and join the server randomly pretend cs_assault_mini or air_fight2 etc... and it's like 5min left , dont you think it could be fair if they can play the server 15min and then map changes? and beside what if we are on our favorite map? (if people rockthevote it WILL NOT show up on the list)

Keep in mind that map votes start 10 minutes before the map ends. Any one joining after that can't vote, but I understand what you are trying to say (there are certain maps you enjoy and want to play longer). I will think about it and see what other people have to say.

Personally after playing any map for 25 mins I am tired of it and ready for a new one. My attention span is very short.

I vote for adding this on, besides fluffy, if you didn't want to extend the map, vote for something else

well i just made a poll , should've made it first time i made this topic.. ---well there are other option to fluffy .. like what zenix said , there are other option to pick like other map or noneofthese .. (didnt knew u had a short attention span ..)

Cause it could lead to a map being abused or everyone voting extend because it's special weaps arena....

Well being this is the first time i read this i think that would be a great idead like my fav map rats_kitchoon I <3 it. Anywho its a great idea and agree with all of you guys.

I love that map...

But anyway, I'm not really for it, because special weapons throws all that off. Maybe if special weapons were diabled for the extended 15 minutes it would be better? It just seems unfair that some people might get more time for thier special weapons than others due to a vote.

hmm...are you talking about special wep arena? or the special wep you buy?

if it was the arena then i dont think the extend option should appear

For the buying , lets just say ... (who would use there spec wep until the end and buy ammo? i dont think anyone will buy ammo near the map changes.)

Why dont we just make this extend option show up once only if it is successful in a vote?

Yea, they won't buy ammo near the mapchange, but once they see it extend, then they would be able to buy more ammo. Maybe if during the extension, all special weapons disappear.

Hmm...good idea Imaninja , But first maybe need a warning about the disappearence of the spec weps they buy?

Hmm...let me try to explain something about these "special weapon extending problems"
1) Around 5-8 min left of the server to map vote , if the extending is successful it will increase to 15min Around 1min left .

2)Before it increases to 15 min , When the server hits 2min left of extending too 15 min , there will be a (anykind of color ,prefer red or black?)will show up and maybe say "WARNING WARNING!Sell your special weapon away before they disappear"?

3)When it increases to 15 min ALL special weapon will disappear.Oh and you Cannot buy any special weapon during the extension

Why restrict special weapons? If someone has a special then don't vote to extend the map. I am sure the person with the special will be voting to extend.
