When someone gets gagged for the first time the are gaged for 7 days right.... now when you become un gaged you have the opertunity to become geged again or not be gaged again. Now if you do get gaged again, then you are gaged for like 42 days, isnt that a little harsh? could it be like another 7 days or something?

Nope you are gagged for 7 days the second time also. You might be thinking of mic use. After each gag you lose the use of the microphone for 90 days.

yeah the gag thing is necessary because there are many people who are too inappropriate. but i do believe some words or fractions of words can be taken off because ive beeen warned/gagged too many times for saying harmless words. like scraps or shenanigans.

For someone to get gagged they have to ignore all the warnings and deliberately attempt to circumvent the language block three times. This is not someone that has demonstrated respect for the rules.

The 90 days is intended to be harsh to discourage the behavior.

ya but if you were gagged for typeing naughty launguge y should you be muted so much longer than you are gagged?

in circumstances where the filter misreads some typing, are you able to review what was typed to decided if the gag/mute should be lifted?

Yes all warning, gags, mutes, and bans are reviewed (normally several times a day). If for some reason they are false they are removed. So if you get a false warning, it is removed from your record. If it resulted in a gag, the gag is lifted and your account is restored to its previous state.
