Is your hard drive full?

How much space is left on the drive?

You might try deleting the directory "map_pack7.0" and try redownloading the map_pack. Something may of gotten corrupted in the download.

The error basically means it is unable to extract a file to that directory. Also make sure the 30 megs you have free are on your C: drive incase you have multiple drives mounted.
