afk (spectating)

ive noticed (rarely though) that some people who get up and leave the computor press m and go to spectate. Now sometimes there is a popular map that is playing on the server and many people are on it. sometimes i will see someone spectating and they will be in the spectating spot for about 20 minnites and arent reported as afk.
can you fix this rare problem

Spectators are kicked as fast as any afk person. It is not possible for anyone to be afk for 20 mins and not be kicked.

actually fluffy this has happened to me... I went to eat and it took like 25 minutes and I came back and was still there. FLuffy you guys put too much faith in Cheating Death or whatever it is you use. The only thing it really does is kick afks sometimes and gag people, and most imes for wrong reasons.
