I am sure your "friends" parents have their reasons for setting the controls. If they do not want your "friend" going certain places on the web then perhaps the "friend" should not go to those places.

Just whine your "friends" parents off till they get crazy. If they still don't give your "friend" any permission, then there can be multiple reasons.
1. Your "friend" is too young, which might scare the parents.
2. Your "friends" parents bought the game, The Parents what can learn them some evil tricks.
3. Your "friend" is little ......... and goes to sites where no woman has gone before.
4. Your "friend" is just too lazy not to care about virusses and spyware that every time he got permission, he blows up the computer.

But! It can also be something completely else. Who knows? Well, I don't :)

That's what they all say..

As the matter a fact, a "friend" of mine had this like 2 years ago also. That "friend" just asked his parents if he could get the permission to install some what games and stuff.. and since then, that "friend" of mine always had full power over "his" computer. "He" always desperately searched for the answer on the same question you are asking. Because "he" was always afraid that maybe one day the power over "his" computer could vanish. Eventually he became crazy and now lives in a dumpster. But hey, poo happens.

He's recovering from his oversized dumpster. He got to wealthy with it and became even more crazy. I'm watching over him now while he is in his cage. Some times I feed him some what, got to be carefull with that. I'm sending him over to Sweden next week. Some guy bought him for one euro. Only that was worthy enough.

Goku reeled in horror. Hitler continued laughing, then finally said "Goku! You came here expecting to find a madman, but instead, you found A GOD!" Hitler had become a Super Saiyan.
