Can't Download CD

Hello all. been a long while since i been here adn im looking to get back in the game. i just installed steam and i am trying to get ahold of CD but i cant download it from the united admins site. i get this http://prophets.osgamers.com/files/cd-client-4_31_0-en.exe and http://tx1.us.unitedadmins.com/cdeath-dl.php, Any suggestions?

The server is VAC you dont need CD. :lol:
