Keep getting kicked...

I keep getting kicked before I even joined the server. Then when I look in console I see:

Never saw that before shabby. Have you installed anything new on your computer? Any Hacks?

I saw the same error earlier today. It took me a couple of tries before I got in. I think I had to restart steam and cd.
When I want your opinion I will beat it out of you.
