If any one knows wut to do im stuck on this one but when i try to install tracer script it says that it cant be run because its a 16 bit app or somthin im runnin xp

go to your display options ( same place as your screen resolution and it should have a drop down box and most likly it says " Highest ( 32 bit ) " another option within the drop down box is " Medium ( 16 bit ) " sellect the 16 bit option. <-- this may be the answer to your problem, if not sorry i couldn't help.

stupid: you arent very smart although you might try to learn
