Alright however many h's in blah that map has a error when people try to join that don't already have the map

Do you mean gahhhhh? blahhhhh is a nipper map, but it is not in the map pack, gahhhhh is.

The error appears to not be a map error. It looks like a client error. Basically a client was not able to keep up with the traffic the server was sending, causing a buffer on the server to overflow and a truncated message was sent. The client saw the truncated message and responded by dropping the connection. I just tried connecting without the map or any of it files and had no issue.

It may be due to the nature of the map, if it sends a lot of updates. Lower capacity clients might have difficulty playing it. Especially if there are a lot of players in the map.
