You have to LOG OUT of steam and log back in. To do this use the, "Login as a different user.." option.

What has happened is the Steam auth server has lost your session information. When you connect to Deadman Standing it can not validate your account. Your steam id is reported to Deadman as, "STEAM_ID_PENDING", in place of your actual steam id.
