Does anyone know what that is? Everytime i go on a server that pops up and I lag like crazy

This means you are not able to keep up with the packets the server is sending you. Normal causes are a slow computer or network connection.

Basically, what happens is the buffers of network packets (in the game engine) have overflowed. It flushes (empties) the buffers to make room for more recent data.

Sure, if it is a slow computer causing the problem, buy a new computer.

If it a slow internet causing the problem, get a new ISP.

If you are using a wireless network connection (that can cause the issue also) switch to a wired connection.

Some tests you can do:
1) If you pings are erratic, that normally points to a network issue of some sort.

2) If you have low in game FPS, and your ping is steady, that normally points to a computer issue.
