GAAAH!!! MY FIRST TIME! everytime i connect to a server i freeze. this is a weird part where it say PARSING GAME INFO... i even tried to reinstall it but it doesnt work at all! :!:

Meh, just keep trying a few times and it will work. I get that occasionally also.

well guess i tried too many times... DOESNT work at all . i even had to restart my comp 5 times.. just to exit the freeze :oops:

A good first step is delete steam, download the latest steam client, and reinstall steam. You might also search the forums at: http://www.steampowered.com It seems a lot of people have been having issues like this.

i think he means he reinstalled steam, thats what i did when i encountered this problem (TWICE!

) and it all worked out.
