GAAAH!!! MY FIRST TIME! everytime i connect to a server i freeze. this is a weird part where it say PARSING GAME INFO... i even tried to reinstall it but it doesnt work at all! :!: :( :cry: :x :evil: !!

Meh, just keep trying a few times and it will work. I get that occasionally also.

well guess i tried too many times... DOESNT work at all . i even had to restart my comp 5 times.. just to exit the freeze :oops:

A good first step is delete steam, download the latest steam client, and reinstall steam. You might also search the forums at: http://www.steampowered.com It seems a lot of people have been having issues like this.

He means, what did you eventually do to solve your problem? Not just going to the www.steampowered.com site, because everybody can do that. :shock:

i think he means he reinstalled steam, thats what i did when i encountered this problem (TWICE! :x ) and it all worked out.
