Since it's very quiet on DeadM last months, I thought of puttin in a standard time each day so we all know when people will be on the server. This time have to be acceptable for different coutries, so thats kind of difficult.
You think this is a good idea?

No of course not, you don't have to if you don't want, it's just to make it more pleasant, so the server will be full. If you want that you can come at that time.

its a fairly good idea, and no offense towards anyone if i am wrong but since most of the regulars are from the U.S. or Europe area so it would be much easier to decide upon a time period.
i am assuming that all schools ( middle and high schools )get out at 2pm well to insure the most efficient time would be something like

US Yellow = 11am - 4pm
US Blue = 12noon - 5pm
US Pink = 1pm - 6pm
US Green = 2pm - 7pm
US Yellow = 3pm - 8pm
Europe Yellow = 7pm - 12midnight
Europe Blue = 8pm - 1am
Europe Red = 9pm - 2am
Europe Green = 10pm - 3am
ETC........ ^ Adjust your time accordingly if your time zone wasn't mentioned, and right now it has a 5 hour time period of playing but would be better to have a 2 - 3 hour time period.
If you are out of a playable time period we could adjust the time

im US pink...but i usually play at like 9pm-3am...

Maybe also a good idea to promote the "Happy Hour" (nothing to do with dms_happyhour) on the server, just like you see letters: download mappack at www.deadm.com, but then: Everyday at 8 PM CET Happy Hour at DeadM (for example 
)

Happy hour should be like double credits earned in that time period or something like that to get more activity...or something cool.
