Problem, please help.

ok, i recently downloaded a game that i thought would be cool to try. i finally got it into my computer but every time i try to sign in to the game, a window shows up titled Rappelz-Client error. the error says "The game client encountered an error unexpectedly. Send error information?" now i don't know what the error is and i don't know how to fix it. please help.

oh, i forgot to mention something. Rappelz is the name of the game.

it was me i put a virus on your computer so you when you download rapells or whatever it would send you that message i did it solely because the virus would transport the game from your computer to mine

uuuuh...you try checking their forums? Usually they have something for that. Or you can post something at their forums. Or do what it says, send the info XD. Good luck!!

P.S. How is the game? Is it like a ripped off version of WoW (World of Warcraft), or is it like runescape? O.o (please say no)

Well if you check their forums and it doesn't have an answer some where out there on the Google there is an answer just type in the error code/name in a Google search it helps sometimes.

thanks, turns out my computer just can't handle the game. it has very high standards and i need like 256 mg video card (not that i even know what that is, jon explained it but i'm computer stupid so i don't really get it.)
