Need a new Headset

I need a new headset and was wondering if anyone had any good suggestions. Im looking for a good price and good quality, and something that will last...im tierd of the stupid earpieces breaking at the adjustment points.

is this the kind of headset where it hurt your ears after having them on for a while and im talking about like 2 hours cause im sick of having to take my headset off cause my "ears hurt alot"

Well there's a slight adjustment on how you have it on your head, you can have the backstrap right to the back of your head or down towards your neck where ever its most comfortable for you, and theres the trusty adjustable mic to move to your mouth if you decide to wear the headset differntly. Very long run on sentence, and i dont have the 2 hour issue with this headset.
