New Cheat detector?

I just noticed when fluffy mentioned the new plugin for the quick switch that every now and then at the end of a round a series of commands goes through our console:

Is this new and I've never noticed? o_o Or just another new plugin you put in! And also is there any other plugins or changes/additions you made to the server other then the quick switch?

the server keeps kicking me out and says something about waiting to accept challenge:(

log out of steam and log back in than it should work

It is both new and old. We ran HLGuard for years, but took it off recently for a period (it can cause server stability issues, and takes a lot of CPU). I recently put it back on as it has some features the DMS mod does not yet have.

Those messages are just its clumsy way of it looking for cheats.
