That error means you lost your login to the steam auth servers. Just logging out of steam, using the, "login as a different user" option is all you need to do.

Just wondering but theres another error i randomly get at times:
"Client timed out while answering challenge." I believe thats almost exactly what it says if its not perfect. Is there a reason that happens? Or anything we can do to prevent it from happening in the future?

I get that a lot also. I believe it is part of valve's anit-cheat mechanism. It appears they have an error in it, so not much we can do.
