Server Down, well sort of..

I have gotten a few emails of people reporting the server lost its identity.

The hosting company moved the server to a different box. This broke the licensing for the DMS mod and all the DB connections. It is not that big of a deal to reset it all. The kicker is I am out of town until Thursday. I will see what I can do, but I just have dial up right now and none of the tools I usually use (including Counter-Strike).

if there is no mods and stuff could you use server commands like changemap then map name or somethng like that?

yea, could u please give like hit-me the rcon password (if u know it) since i used to use it all the time.. and i could show him how to then edit things like map, gravity, etc..

Alright, I am back and the server is up again. Yes I was knowing life like crow (with Dial-up). To be as poetic as possible, DIAL_UP SUCKS!!!!!!!!! (25 mins to download adobe reader, grrr!!!)
Sorry I didn't get the server up sooner, but two config files were trashed and the backups were on the server at my house, so I was kind of stuck.

Since I do try to offer a server that is up 24/7, I feel bad for the down time. To make up for it, ALL day today and ONLY today (1/24/2008) the special weapon arena (vote_special) will be vote-able all day long.
