when ever i launch a vote and someone is nominating a map it dosnet launch just wanted to let you know so you can fix it

Yeah i found this really irriating as well.. Tank said you woudlnt change it so coudl you possibly put out a warning to say someone is nomination do not vote and tell us when they're done as well, or put up restrictions to the command while someone is nominating?
