Well sort of. I basically took the role of group owner/creator. Kane, and the server admins, have taken the roles of officers/admins and have just about full control of the group.

Fluffy, it seems that there is no "kick" button on public groups. Asking all the players to leave would be a hassle... A VALVe members said they "may" add an option to kick players in a public group, but more important things come first so, just a heads up.
