why cant i get back in>?

hehe......whats up all....its your long lost pal captain planet aka j to the roc aka a little spice is always nice......the list goes on.......
for some ode reason i cant get back into the server......i tried connecting to the server ip - 66.208.102.32.......anyone have some suggestions for a amateur computer nerd like myself? fluffy hook it up
